When are orders processed?
Orders take 24 hours to process, through our system. Orders received after 4 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST), or during Holidays are processed at the end of the next business day.
It is important to note that if a holiday falls on a weekend, it may be replaced by the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping rates vary according to the quantity you order. The standard shipping fee is $7.95 via the USPS. For orders over 6 bags, the shipping fee is $35.00 per order for all USA cities. For international orders, please contact us at info@cafeparadiso.com
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
We do our best to ship packages the same day the order is placed Monday through Friday. Weekend orders will be shipped
Monday. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for all items.
How can I track my package?
When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to the email address on file containing your tracking number. You may also
e-mail us with your order number, name and ship to address. A customer service representative will respond by the end of
the next business day.
